Not sure if you're already (sorry if teaching to suck eggs) roll bar bushes are permanent part of the roll bar so the only official oem part to replace would be the whole thing

That said you can get repair kits and cut the old rubber off. Which to be fair probably is a good job to do if the sub frame is off anyway

Yea I realised that when I was looking up the parts and found the repair kits, as this is a list of parts from Volvo it got left blank, I'll probably crawl under again well I can probably slide under now with all the oil everywhere and have a look to see what state they're in first.

you might also need the crankshaft seal insertion tool this ensures the seal goes in straight and true and makes shure the spring on the seal stays on .

Unfortunately the tool is stupidly expensive and haven't been able to find an alternative tool so I'll have to go the Bear Grylls way...

make shure you have no leaks from replaced crankshaft oil seal before replaceing any of the gear box parts torque converter ect they can be troublesome if not inserted carefully or if its not showing any signs of leaking leave well alone . i ruined 3 seal before getting success its not as easy as it sounds just putting a seal in . good luck i hope all goes well for you

I was thinking if it looks dry I'll probably leave it alone, I mostly ordered it as a just in case the only issue is with the amount of oil everywhere I'm fairly sure it won't look dry lol
