Default Amazon 121 creaky suspension - please help!!

I have changed the bushes on the suspension and this got rid of the creak for about 2 weeks, but now it has come back worse than before! It sounds like old bed springs! Can someone please help - the noise is doing my head in and the bushes are new and still fine.

My mechanic is away for 2 weeks, so I need a solution that I can easily do myself.

Thank you!

Have you checked the damper bushes, especially the front ones?

Yes, I assume so. My stepdad said he changed all the bushes. Someone told me to put fairy liquid on it, but I was a bit wary of this - have you heard of doing this before?

Maybe the shockabsorbers are shot, mine sounded like that!

Oh. Sounds expensive and I am trying to sell it. Oh well, will have to wait until my stepdad comes back from holiday. Thank you for your help
