V70 ECC Calibration?
I have to set my ECC temperature controls to 24 degrees to get the cabin to an acceptable temperature - even then the wife complains it's too cold. Most of the other cars I've owned with ECC made it comfortable with 20 degrees. Is this something that can be calibrated or does it sound like the sensors are up the spout?

RE: V70 ECC Calibration?
Thanks for the suggestion Lei Chan, there was indeed a considerable amount of c*** bunging up the intake. It was so uniform it looked as though it was a filter! I can now see a little wire in there which I guess must be a connection to a thermocouple.
I'll let you know if that cured the problem tomorrow. |

Confirmed. Muck in the intake was the problem.
Thanks! |
