Hiya,
I'm new here so thanks for having me. I have got a 1995 estate and all the electrics work fine on ignition until you start the engine. It drives well and heaters work but lights, heated seats and indicators don't work while engine is running. Hazards work as they should. Not sure if important but the key fob is not working. |

Welcome!
A common fault on these is the electrical part of the ignition switch, intermittently various bits of it don't work. Try wiggling the key around when the engine is running, and see if anything comes alive even for a moment. If it does, then that's your culprit.

That's it 👌 thank you 👌👌 amazing help. Just got to get one now. I wonder if that may be preventing me from pairing the key fob 🤔🤔

No, it's got nothing to do with that, the part you need to replace is basically a rotary switch, nothing more.
