As a last resort, you can remove all diodes. The code will then be 0000 or 6666.

Default Radio code

I bought a xc 70 2010 recently,
unfortunately I did not get a Handbook with it or the radio code, it is a standard radio volvo factory fitted,
I have rang Volvo Derby with registration number and vin number and they say they cannot find anything for this vehicle , I think they could not be bothered to be honest If I sent the vehicle number and Vin would you be able to trace a code for it please ,
Much appreciated I am worried that if I have a flat battery or have to change it the radio would not work

Vin YV1BZ7054B1097231

Kind Regards

George

Phone FRF, Swansea. See their 'sticky' with contact details under 'Traders' on the opening page. They do not respond to emails these days. Bob

Well ... would you ever!! What model radio is it?

Just shows you nobody is interested in stealing head units these days. If not the whole motor cats are the way to go!!
