Default 760 GLE fluid reconmendations

Hi,

whats the best coolant to use in the 760's PRV v6? i know it should be changed every 18 months, mines past due! so whats the best stuff for the old girl?
Also, whats the best oil and type for it? the oil is starting to go dark now so may as well get it out and put new oil in.
heres something, i checked the oil the other day, the stick said there was next to no oil in it so i nipped out and got some new oil, came home, checked the level and it was above the full mark, i checked it an hour later and it still showed as over full. so whats that about?

lastly, what autobox and diff oil do i need? since both are being replaceed i want to stick fresh oil in both parts.

thank you in advance guys!!

For the autobox, Castrol Response, Its expensive, but its the best of the best, Engine oil, I used GTX magnatec, Ive sworn by that stuff, (Im a duckhams convert), Coolant, halfrauds Cheap 'blue'. The pink stuff gunged up my old laguna and escort so I wouldnt give my volvo the same treatment, I find it gums up in the heater matrix in the summer, but the coolant system is always in use on a volvo, so you can try it if you wish. Let me know in a year if your matrix packs up!!
Axle, standard 80w90 oil with lucas/molyslip gearbox treatment, the 'slip removed my whining diff at high speeds.
As for your oil mystery, The only thing I could think of, is you didnt let the oil come back down into the pan after you stopped?

On this subject, does anyone use slick50 in their 'vos? Ive just stuck some in my 765 diesel. Apparently is not what its cracked up to be, as someone told me as I was pouring it in! D'oh!
