New Sensus update

When mine was updraded to Sensus 2 I received an email from Volvo explaining the changes, but not sure if that was sent to all owners regardless of whether they had the upgrade or only those who have had it done. And yes the icons are on the left of screen after upgrade.

Have you looked at this, the latest Sensus update:

My understanding Sensus Update 2 has been delayed, because of problems.

I think you'll find that the one above has long been available and installed by many of us and is trouble free, again for most who have it.

My point, was for Calc to check to see if he had the latest software.
I know that most of us with earlier cars, now have it installed.

No, I think Sensus 2 is something completely different, nothing to do with the May Update.
When I put my car in to get the May update, I asked the Service Manager if this included Sensus 2?
No, I was told, as Sensus 2 had been withheld because of problems.

I could be wrong, but I think most on this forum have got it wrong and have thought they got Sensus 2, when it was only the May update. (I got confused regarding this).

What is Sensus 2? I do not know.

I was under the impression that Sensus2 was to be the launch system for XC60. If that is the case then what we have now got is it.

Just to clarify - and thanks all for your help here - but having looked at this link and not currently being near the car, the 'themes' seem all a bit confused as to which is which. Are the icons on the left for all themes after the update?

I am not 100% sure.

But if you look at the top left of the Home Screen, you should see a round icon, before seeing the remainder, Bluetooth, phone signal, etc.
The round icon is for Sensus Cloud and this one, was added in the May Update.
If you have that, then I think you have the latest software installed.

Just to add, in the Nav Screen display, the icons for setting the route, etc, should be on the left side of the screen.
Before, they were along the bottom of the screen.
