340 1.7 or 360
Hi
In no immediate rush but I'm looking to get back into 340 ownership having had 4 in the past. I have always found owning a traditional classic sports car and a carefully looked after 300 a good balance and both are enjoyed for their respective merits. I've had a negative experience with a modern BMW ie constant repairs,7 tyres in 10 months and numerous cracked alloys all within 30k - suffice to say that I am financialy forced to look at the lower end of the spectrum for my purchase at £500 but the car WILL be looked after and will be maintained starting with an immediate waxoyl. The car will NOT be 'drifted' or run into the ground. I would pay more for a nice metallic 360 GLS, of course. Always felt they looked nice. Looking December - February time. Volvo 360 GL for sale
Have you already found your "new" Volvo? If not, would you consider my 360 GL? It was built in 1987 and I am the second owner, having had it for 15 years. It has been serviced regularly and runs very well - at the last service the mechanic said it was like a new car! However, I no longer need to drive very often, and I am worried that it might degrade in the garage.
It is a metallic light green, with some rust on the doors due to a previous leak in my garage. I tried to attach some photos but it didn't work; if you email me at bendy41@gmail.com I can reply with the pictures attached. Please let me know if you are interested. I live in Croydon, Surrey.
