V 40 T2 Inscription 2017 poor service & quality

We took delivery of a new Volvo mark 2017. Firstly the off side headlight mists up and our local dealer did not really want to know and we were told to leave the main beam on but as the lamps are LED I doubt if there is enough heat to demist it. The sat nav allows you to put the city in and the post code but when it comes to the house number ours is not listed. The local dealer on the 3 month inspection did nothing and said I needed to download the maps on a pen drive and upload them to the car which I could not do and as the car was new and built to spec I would have expected it to be up to date anyway. I contacted Volvo who said this should have been done by the local dealer and explained how to do it and they would post a pen drive with the update on it. This was 4 weeks ago and has not happened.
The road noise is horrendous and the build quality is poor. Unless you drop the bonnet or close it using the reinforced front edge the bonnet skin flexes to the point where it can be creased.

The few months we have owned this vehicle we are under the impression that unless you buy a Volvo from the local dealer they are not interested in it and Volvo tells you what you want to hear but takes no action and passes you back to the local dealer.

Volvo have lost their kudos and we would never look at the marque again nor recomend it and cannot wait to get rid of it. In the 4 months we have had it it has clocked under 500 miles as it has spent most of the time sitting in the garage as I prefer to drive my 13 year old Vauxhall diesel estate car as it is more comfortable and not as noisey
