Default Rear electric window conversion?

I own a 1999 S40 T4 which has electric everything in the front but window winders in the back. I keep seeing the motors on ebay for less than £50 each and was wondering if anyone has converted their existing winders to electric and if so what else is needed for them to work? My first thought is that this may be unpractical - as after all I dont sit in the back!

Many thanks

Kerry

Mine has lecky windows allround, as well as the switches in the back I also have 4 switchs down by the handbrake, so you would need to fit that as well!!!
