Default How many weeks pre delivery to cancel order

Unfortunately with only 10 weeks until delivery I need to cancel my order of my T8 R design. Has anyone got any experience of the minimum time to cancel prior to delivery?

Surely you just lose your deposit? These things happen...

You have no relationship/obligation/contract with Volvo as you won't be the owner so take it up with the lease company.

With a car on a long lead time a new buyer will be found very quickly.

I cancelled an order for a Range Rover when it was manufactured and on the way to the dealer, they sold the car to someone who wanted to beat the long lead time.

That is by the way why I am lurking back on this forum at the moment!

Leasing company T&Cs apply. Nothing to do with Volvo per se.

Well, jimbg, sounds like we've made the same decision. After years of Land Rover ownership (Discos, Evoque, Range Rover) I had such an awful experience with my last Range Rover and the selling dealer that I sent the car back and vowed never to buy another LR product as long as I live. I'm very happy with my XC90 First Edition. I wouldn't compare it to the Range Rover, as others have done, but I do think that it's everything the Range Rover Sport should have been - but isn't!
