Default Engine noise (poss induction noise)

Hello Folks

I have a 2006 v50 2.0d 97k I have owned the car for 5 years from approx 50k, my car over the past 2 weeks has started making a very strange roar like induction noise when revving or accelerating, noise starts approx 1800 rpm, and is there all the way through to the governor, I have no obvious loss in power and delivery is smooth, no obvious leaks on induction side, replaced a turbo pipe last month ( intercooler too manifold ), it is a non Dpf model ( thank god lol ) I have seen other posts in here relating to my issue but no finished link explaining the cause

Hope one of you guys can help me

Many thanks

Mike 👍🏻
