WTD: Volvo 740 or 760 Estate - (1989 or earlier)

Hi chaps

I'm after a 740 or 760 Estate - (1989 or earlier).

Anyone have anything to suit? As long as the bodywork is good then i'm happy, mechanically it doesn't have to be brilliant, as long as it will get me home!

Let me know if you have a car that might suit

What's your budget? Any specific model/engine ie Turbo Intercooler model or carb?

Hi Jon

I'm not fussy on spec really, though a turbo would be nice. I guess colour and bodywork is important to me. I like the following colours:

White
Silver
Dark grey metallic
Black
Gold

Not keen light blue or dark blue metallic.

Budget, i'm happy to spend a reasonable amount on a good one. Are you going to get me excited and offer to sell me your silver one?

Lol! Well everything has its price!
My Brother also has a very nice 1987 carb fed estate which he sometimes contemplates selling.. I actually had it at mine recently for a service and electric polish and wax and treat all exterior black plastics and it's stunning again.... As is my 1 previous owners turbo model..

I do like saloons, but I need the practicality of an estate, so estate only i'm afraid!
