Getting Auxiliary Headlights to work
Hi forum,
I have a '91 940 & was checking bulbs today (MOT due!) when I noticed there are 2 lights in the headlamp unit above the fog lamps. I think the owner's manual refers to them as auxiliary headlamps. I can't seem to get these to work at all. No combination of headlamp switch & fog light switch activates them. The bulbs are present as is wiring loom on the back of the bulbs. All my fuses are OK (but there are no connectors under fuse socket 23 & no corresponding fuse - is this relevant?). 1. Is it possible to get these lights working? 2. Is this illegal in the UK? Thanks in advance for your help. Mike Chalkley Bournemouth |
