A good friend of mine died 7 years ago a few weeks after passing his direct access having never ridden a bike before, he parked his new Kwaki Ninja 900 into a large lamp post whilst doing 80mph in a 30 limit, selfishly I'm glad I wasn't on call that night but even before that I always thought the system of unrestricted bikes and cars was wrong but its not always speed that is that end factor.
