Default 164 in breakers, Essex

If anybody wants some bits, there is a blue 1969 164 recently arrived at an Essex breakers, still with engine and some body panels. I haven't seen it nor have any connection with the place: I wanted seats but they say it has no interior, doors, steering box or carbs. They are Dead or Alive Cars, Russell Road, North Fambridge, Essex CM3 6NH and they have two phones: 01621 744183 and 01245 400528. The yard is south of Maldon, Essex and apparently the car was only out of MoT recently: they said it would be around for "a little while" however long that is!
Why is it so many 164s are/were lurking in Essex? There are none in Surrey or Sussex

That one has been with them for a while now as I asked about some parts off it about 6 months ago when it was advertised as breaking on Ebay, but most of it had already gone by that point!
