V70: Electrical - No Power to Wipers, radio, door locks, windows

Hi, My 2000 V70 runs great. But no power to wiper blades, radio, horn, door locks, heater fan or electric windows. I checked the individual fuses and they all appear to be fine. I did just replace the battery so not sure why this massive outage. Headlights, brake lights and turn signals all work.

Hi Robert,
Welcome to the forum. Sorry but you've posted in the wrong section. This is for the phase 3 cars starting in 2007.

You will get a lot more help in the older v70 section.
