2000 V40i Auto - Quick Sale
Pictures.
I am selling my V40i Auto which I have owned for 5yrs. The tax ran out end of last month, MOT runs out sometime in Feb 15. Along with myself, a previous owner was also a VOC member. I have lots of paperwork that was sold with the car showing it was previously registered in the high mileage club. The car is far too good to go to scrappers, as shown in the pictures. I hope my son has attached them correctly = on the drivers side on cill under door there is some rust(it past mot in this condition), there is small amounts of rust on bottom of each front wing, they are slightly different colour to rest of car-they were sold to me as 329-52 colour code which rest of car is, but due to length of time passed before they were put to car(due to my health) the buyer would not take them back!!. There is a heavy duty battery fitted only last yr date can be seen on battery. She is very clean and tidy inside-half leather, Drives smoothly, good tyres on. She has had a second hand good condition tailgate put on approx 2mths ago. This was due to a accident( I was not at fault) in Jan 14 where I was rear ended(low speed impact only) at Pedestrian lights in my home town- cosmetic damage only as you can see in picture. Insurers wrote it off cat c-cosmetic damage but they deemed it too expensive too repair due to age and mileage of car. I bought it back off them as I intended to keep her she runs fine, is great car, repaired it as mentioned above and put it thru VIC test-passed paperwork provided with sale. BUT- This has been my very first and hopefully only accident and when I drove her again I did not feel the same about her, especially at the accident area which I pass alot, so I bought another second hand car to use until the compensation money arrives so I can then use that to buy another beloved VOLVO :-). That is the only reason I am selling her. She has 199 thousand on clock but has really been looked after. I am not asking too much cos I want her to go to a volvo lover and not a scrap yard! She is taking up space on my drive and I really do feel guilty when I pass her to get into the other car. I am asking only £600 ovno, contact me -Tracey, on 02476 743778. |
