Not sure but hope he hurries up, I'm looking at using them for the FREE diagnostics that Volvo are doing until the end of the year.

20000 miles and the ball joint is loose? That's strange.
I suspect either the odometer was trafficked, either the car was wrecked.

Besides, a 5 year old R with only 20k miles, that's strange.

2011 would make it 3 yr old which is reasnoable mileage.

I live in Castleford and use Chapman's at York as I work in the area 9the car was purchased from Mill at Knaresborough and I had no probs with them either before changing jobs).

No problems so far and a good service I received, including a full valet.
Hopefully all is sorted very soon for you
