Default Wanted - Turbo Manifold or Flanges, Tubing, Bends, etc WHY

Before I start making exhaust and turbo flanges and buying various tube bends I thought it might be worth me asking if anyone has these bits available ? perhaps from an abandoned project or even a rough fabricated steel tube fabricated manifold (not cast) that I can cut up and use for bits would help.

Anything really to save me chain drilling all those exhaust ports etc.

Or does anyone know where I can buy these bits from new perhaps

Many thanks,
Brian.

PS. If you want to avoid doing all the above do not visit Chesh :-)

I have a complete exhaust for a 940 turbo (and the turbo & manifold as well). I'm not clear what bits you want, but if you can get over here(GL54 2LH) I think I can sort you out with whatever it is (though the manifold is cast...).

Hi Andrew,

I need the bends etc to fit a big Holset, already have a 3" exhaust system and a standard cast manifold but the turbo will be level with the cam cover now so need to make one.

Thanks.

In that case I don't think I can help - mine is the standard turbo set-up.
Sorry
