I used to live reasonably close to Bridges, and I'll admit, made myself a bit of beer money stripping anything I could flip easily for cash. Best scores were V cams out of GLTs (£15/20 out the door, £50-60 to americans on tbricks), and I once got a whopping great supercharger off a Jag XJR there for £80, and sold it for £280 on ebay a week later.
On topic: the Alfa 156 seats are such an improvement, of all the things I've done to my car the alfa seats are definitely in the top 3. Almost bolt-in (ONE hole requires drilling, and a bit of twirling of screwdrivers and spanners), 10x better looking but still fit the car, the colours are a 95% match, and you can actually stay in the seat in a corner rather than ending up in the passenger seat. edit: They're also available in red, black, dark blue and light grey, so you can match ALL the 240 interiors. It's unreasonably tempting to convert the car to a black interior with red seats and door card inserts.
