Regular, generous squirts of WD40 over 24 hours preferably.
Then warm engine, correct tool to apply an even centred turning action (no spanners at an angle) and they should come out quite nicely.

......and if you haven't already bought, I have a full set which have only done 1000 miles in perfect working order.
Good quality Beru ones.
£40 delivered.

Thumbs up

Hi.
Yes, I can't see why not.
As you can see from my signature, I have the same 2.4 D5 163bhp engine, so there are many parts which are interchangeable.
I just fitted an injector without issue and that was sourced from an S80.

By regular, I mean 4 or 5 times over 24 hours.
Don't drown it though.
Just use the straw attachment on the WD40 to apply a localised squirt around the area the plug screws into the engine.
Have an old rag handy to mop up any excess.
Most important is the correct tool though.
A deep socket or dedicated glow plug socket.

Plus Gas, better than WD 40, and yes they can knacker the threads so give them a few days of soaking. Use a deep socket to undo then, not a spanner. If you dont have a deep socket buy one, you need everything in your favour.
