Default 1.6TD power decreasing when driving (2500-3000 revs)

I don't need answers to the problem as I have already found it. But I couldn't find anything about it on any forums. So I thought I would post this just in case someone else comes across this problem.

Recently started having a fault where my car would rev to 2500 revs ad would jolt and would struggle to move. I could rev, but not pick up speed.
I've spent about 3 weeks searching forums and the Internet for a solution. Someone told me it could be the MAF sensor, it was not, they also said it could be the intake manifold, it was not. But on a casual look at my engine bay, because confused, I saw one of my vacuum hoses from my down pipe had split and just eaten itself . So I replaced it and the car seems to be working fine.

Did the pipes go to the sensor on the side of the battery box,

If they did they are the DPF pressure pipes and read the pressure before and after DPF, they have a tendency to disintegrate over time and will cause a lack of power,

On the 1.6D the earlier one not the D2 engine you carn't buy the pipes seperate from the sensor, but you can buy the sensor seperate but if you are doing sensor you should really do pipes aswell
