I'm only a few miles from Lisburn and if I had a few minutes wouldn't mind taking a look for someone if they're interested.

thanks Lancy760 for the vote of confidence. But I'm not a MOT. Tester. I drive a lorry for a living, delivering home heating oil. I know some stuff about the car,s. I have had Volvo,s for about 10 years. I know a good one when it come,s Along. And I know bad ones. They are stripped and move on to the racing boys. look at my old Post,s . I was giving stuff away for free , to help others keep there car,s on the road.

I can also vouch for Rod, decent guy, not trying to make money out of anyone in the Volvo community 200,300,700,900. He's given me free stuff and helped me move a drivable 940 a long distance with his trailer so I didn't get done for Sorn infringement.
Incidently I have also done the London-Belfast drive a few times in a 940, it flies in. about 8hrs door-door including the ferry if you time it right. Last edited by TonyS9; Dec 19th, 2013 at 20:19. |

Thanks everyone for the reassurance. I have no doubt that this is a very genuine sale, and am still very annoyed not to be closer! Having looked at flights and ferries, it would probably cost me around £300 to get anywhere near if not more so my 240 will have to do the job for a little longer. If you ever happen to pay a visit to the mainland in it, I would love to come and have a look. Thanks again
