Default 940 Heating/Ventilation control panel removal

The bulb that illuminates the fan control and aircon button has blown. I have a spare bulb but can't get the control panel out to fit it. I've remover the plastic surround and unscrewed the unit but still it won't come out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: 940 Heating/Ventilation control panel removal

Have just come accross your message - I would hope by now you have solved it but in case not here goes.
Remove trim (includes switches)by gently prising off.
There is no need to remove the 4 screws.
Remove the three control wheels by pulling off (held by friction).
Remove the black panel(held in place by control wheels.
This exposes two plastic moulded covers in top edge of white plastic "box" (green/blue in colour)- remove - they slide out towards interior.
Bulbs are under these covers (12v 3w capless).

Hope this helps.
