Default Drying leather seats

I'm looking for the best way of drying very wet leather car seats.

Basically I bought a cheap set of heated leather seats, from the scrappy, to upgrade my unheated interior, however the car they came from had no windscreen fitted. Needless to say the seats are soaked, especially the base, but look in very good condition otherwise.

I currently have them sat in a cool room in the house to slowly dry, I'm looking for confirmation that this is the best way to dry them, or other suggestions?

I will be conditioning them before use as the oils have most likely been washed out of them.

Put a dehumidifier in there as well and slowly bring the temp up to about 21*c or have a read of how my seat heaters are

Same as you are but with added gentle heat + dehumidifer?

Hello,
You can remove the leather covers to expose the soaked foam underneath. Held on by metal clips, hog rings.
A hairdryer will be no use as it will just ruin the leather. You need heat coming from underneath being careful of course if water is dripping down.
Cheers

Thanks, looks like I'm on the right lines - I was thinking of putting them in the server room at work to let the air-conditioner suck the water out. Shhh, don't tell the boss!

It's to cold in the server room if it's conditioned properly as it will be about 19*c
