Default Exhaust options?

Well, after a trip to a powerflow dealer on Friday, they said that their mandrel machine couldn't do the required work in 2.5" pipe for the 70R.

I was pretty gutted to be honest, was really looking forward to having that sorted...but now i've got find an alternative. I've been pointed towards the Jetex system...which looks fine but has no centre section.

Has anyone got any recommendations before i go Jetex and probably speak to volvo about a centre section??

Cheers, Chris

Have a chat with Graeme Welch over on VPC, he will make you a stonking system at a very good price and the quality is exceptional

As yours is the awd there is no centre box just 2 Huge rear bad boxes I have a stainless one on the v70 that sounds fantastic and it's a twin rear pipes to two small back boxes and it goes under the rear axle instead of over.

Are you just needing a cat back system or one with a down pipe. The down pipe is time consuming to make and from Volvo it is very expensive

cool, some decent options to follow up there then. It's just the Cat-back i'm after for now. I've heard its a horrendous job for the downpipe - but i need to inspect that myself and get a confirm on its condition, think it is okay though.

Cheers for the help gents!

the down pipe is a horrendous job as it has to bend completly back on it self to avoid the awd gear have a look at my awd thread i think my exhaust is in that
