AWD P2 "bracket of doom"

Anyone running an AWD P2 and have not removed the bracket across the transmission tunnel in the area of the first exhaust box half way down the car might want to reconsider their inaction.

Yeh, saw something like that on another forum but with pictures (can't find it now, I think it was an "R" forum)

My bracket came off the same day!

Apparently it's only there to drag the car down the production line anyway...
