Default Headlight washer connections

My V70 08 plate was bumped in a car park and the headlight cracked along with scrapes on the bumper. I had it repaired by my insurers as the Bi-zenon headlamps cost a fortune. Since I've had it back I am regularly getting a "Fill Screen wash" message. The washers on the windows and headlamps are all operating correctly. On filling the reservoir today I noticed after about a minute that there appeared to be large puddles and hence possible leaks under each of the headlamp washer units. Is it possible that they have not been correctly connected or cross connected? Can I access them easily or is it a full bumper removal job,if so I'll need to contact the repair centre and get them to sort this?

Try a search on this , quite common problem.
I had this on my old car 2008 V70 , volvo use a very cheaply made moulded pipe and fittings.
I cut it where it had split and used some old rubber washer hose to join it up.
This is assuming they have fitted the clips right and the washer squirter has not been cracked.
The hose is all in one bit , and has a y pice and feed to both lights , Around £40 ish if I remember right.

had a similar problem with ours last winter, 1 of the pipes had froze up and popped off the joint just where the pipe meets the washer jet.

i removed the fog light grill which allowed me access to re connect the pipe
