Service Issues: - Service Schedule Sheet

My XC90 D5 Auto R Design 2012 is in for its first year service next week. Can anyone say were I can download a copy of the white tick sheet that the technician fills in on completion. I am aware that I should get one when I pick the car up.

If you call / write / E Mail Volvo customer services they will probably be able to help.

Here is a version I created for my own XC90 for reference,
covering Moels up to 2012, using an original Volvo sheet as a Template.

Although yours is a later model, it should be pretty much the same :

Looks like the file got deleted when they did the server change a few weeks back,
along with loads of photographs

I'm sure your dealers service dept would give you a sheet if you asked ..
