Recovery has started. Yesterday I went to collect the trailer for the pick-up (various comments from the staff about another Volvo). About 0330 this morning there was activity outside the bedroom - 360dood and his mother (Mrs Mig) were getting ready for a departure about 0400. I got up about 0600 and the car and trailer were gone. I have heard nothing since so assume all is going as planned. 360dood will be driving back on 'L' plates including up the motorways. Being a youngster he has only 'B' on his full licence and provisional for 'B+E'. This will be good experience before his 'B+E' test.

He has been told to get some pics before and after putting the car on the trailer.

Time now 1315 and just had word that the team has reached Southampton and are being greeted by the seller.

Time now 1500 and the return trip is under way.

Party got home about 0515 this morning. Once I have pried the pics out of 360dood's phone I will try to get some posted. There were a couple of snooze breaks on the trip home.
