Give RUFE a call at FRF Swansea (and mention C3/Volvo Owners Club for discount) and give him your reg plate as he can check on the Volvo system.

It may be that Ipswich weren't interested in helping because there may not be any money in it in their mind, ie you weren't going to get the parts from them, or you weren't going to get the work done with them.

I do have a set off of my V70, non-nivomats which came off at 172,000 miles and are still hard to compress if you're after a budget option. I'd do the pair for £35 delivered.

I bit the bullet and decided to buy and much to my surprise they are superb.

Fitted to my `97 V70 T5 and although the old ones were not leaking these £21 ones are great......

I have recently bought a Bosch air filter for £5.42 delivered!!!

When i received the bill inside says £13 odd plus the postage, i think these companies have leaders which are priced low
to attract buyers? The quality is superb and has Bosch written on it with the symbol.

greengoblin, have a look at the rubber protection stuff on the shock. If 'straight' then standard shocks, if like the bellows of an acordian its Nivomats
