Which XC90 for £8000

All - I am looking to buy an XC90 - diesel/manual after driving my friends and loving it. I have around £8k to spend. Could you point out the main items to watch out for when buying. Any suggestions or comments welcome. Cheers in advance.

I'm looking for the same as you, so early into my research.

Spoke to an XC90 last night who has had terrible trouble, so it's important to get a good one!
I believe that Full Service History is very important, and ideally from Volvo.

Hopefully others will share useful info here!

I have my XC90 (see add, below) 2007(07) excellent drive and condition 99500 mileage,FSH (all volvo apart from last 2) still available(though thinking to Px, not getting good enough deal!)

Yeah I knew what you meant...lol.

However, I must say I have been known to speak to cars, ones that I have become attached to, or that hold memories (good ones)
