Did you get a before and after printout. Had mine done at the local main Volvo dealer - they had the latest laser kit with a before and after printout. I had stepped rear tyres and it showed the rear was out of spec on toe-in. They put it right, had new tyres, and touch wood the problem is gone. Saying that I don't have directional tyres on anymore, so less touchy anyway.

I would go back to them and explain what has happened and ask them to repeat - when I had an issue one time, they repeated free of charge but it was quite soon after - and not a main dealer.

Tyre pressure sounds like the problem. I fitted 2 x new tyres and have only done 2K on them max and i have inner tyre wear too. I must admit i ran them at 30 psi under recommended psi. I now have 35 in the fronts, anymore than that and i really dont like the ride, i notice more bumps and dont feel like i have as good grip as at 30 psi. Im going to buy 2 x new ones and fit the fronts on the rear before the inner tread becomes illegal.

Obviously once the tyres start to wear uneavenly, even correcting the pressure will not stop the uneaven wear!

i run mine at 32 which is the normal pressure on 17's...as for PS3's being £200 thatis well over the mark if you shop around can easily be had for 130 and about £20 a corner fitting £150 a corner on 17's and much much much closer to conti price.
