As above - only reason I might sell is to buy a new one: details are:
D5 Active in silver with the dark cloth interior - manual with 43k miles and Full Volvo Service History - just had warranty check and passed MOT. One owner from new. No outstanding finance. Tyres - Grabbers with 4mm or so but some outer edge wear on two [still passed MOT]. No damage apart from a couple of very minor marks [scratch on front bumper 40mm], slight depression on rear bumper sill from loading, never crashed/damaged/repaired. Extras were spare wheel, tinted privacy glass [factory] and Zenon active headlights [were part of the Active build when we bought it]. I reckon I'd put it on Autotrader at £16250 given the condition and take close to that for it. Any interest? Have I got the pricing about right? |

I was one of the lucky ones that paid £21k to be fair but looking at all the ones for sale in the UK that I can see £16k buys you a black or dark blue one in OK condition so I still reckon at £16k for a silver with some extras I'd get interest and end up selling for over £15k - the nearest new equivalent now is £28k as I found out when trying to do a deal on a new one !

Thanks Reggie, couldn't get the deal we wanted on a new one [but came within £30 a month] so we're keeping it for a year - or until better deals are out there in December...
