Default '89 240 stalls

'89 240 runs fine then stalls. May run an hour or so then stall, may be only 20 minutes. Let it rest for half hour and will crank again. May cut out again after little while. Have replaced fuel pump and in-tank pump, and fuel pump relay switch.

Hi only a guess but it sounds very similar fault that the ignition amplifier/power stage causes. This is located in the engine bay on the UK passenger side bolted to the wing. It has wires running from it.

It may be worth replacing if history of replacement is not known.
