V70 LPT - Chipping/Remapping
Hi all,
My daily driver is a BMW 525TD ( i know,i know!!) which ive just had chipped and am absolutely delighted with results and am thinking seriously about getting our V70 chipped/remapped now too. Ita a 00 V70 Classic 2.0 LPT 163bhp, what could i reasonably expect out of it?? Any of the tuners out there care to give me an estimate on your bhp figures?? Looking at a few other mods too, not up to scratch with my T5s but ive seen that changing the Turbos along with exhaust changes and Remaps gives pretty impressive results, what turbo's will fit my car?? Thanks Ben

163bhp thought they had 180bhp or is that just the s60 2.0t's
If its a Lpt i would be very careful if you want to do more than just a remap ie turbo upgrade etc as you have the same problem as me with the compression ratios been more like a N/A engine rather than a turbo, Pushing big boost through things start to get warm more quickly and can do damage, if you want big power i would get another T5 and work from there.
