This is really strange because EXACTLY the same thing happened to my 2011 exec yesterday! At first the juddering was so severe I had to pull over on the motorway as was worried it was something serious. Took mine to the dealers this morning and they recommend trying to drive it a bit and see if that helps. I'm worried it might have been the callipers piston seizing due to salt corrosion and hence the brake pads not gripping the disc properly. Has yours now fully recovered after some use?

The rear brakes are not used much in everyday driving (unless there is alot of weight in the car). To clean, find an empty road and use them in reverse where the rears are activiated. Drive a few times in reverse and stamp on the brakes.

Just a thought but if like me you only use your vehicle at weekends and the like, I just leave mine in park w/o the handbrake applied.
It does of course help to be on a flat level surface. Almost forgot that bit.

Mine was fine after some driving. No indication of the juddering and I think the suggestions of just driving and applying the brakes is the way forward.
