  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default Caliper replacement?

Hi all
Have a problem with the NSR caliper binding, and have orderd a recon replacement.
Any guides on how to do this? Bleeding brakes etc after it too.

you should be able to do the job with a 7mm allen key socket a spanner for the brake pipe and one for the bleed nipple (not sure what sizes) and a decent pair or vice grips and then you will need somebody to press the brake pedal to help you bleed them

And you should really do them in pairs to keep them balanced.

Thanks folks, I can see the sense in changing pads, discs etc in pairs, but calipers?

Never heard of changing calipers in pairs before...but then that might be the miser in me.
