When I make a call to someone who does not answer and then leave a message, quite often that person calls me back before I have finished leaving a message.
I answer the phone call and then am left with the other call still ongoing on the screen. How do I delete the first call without losing the second call. Cant find it in the handbook. |

Are you sure the first call is still ongoing? I would have thought it would have ended when either, the caller rang you back, or when you answered his call. I don't understand how you can have 2 calls going to the same line?

![]() The way to do it is often (though not alawys) to press the green call button whilst in another call, call 1 is then placed on hold and you can make a second call - conferencing is phone model and manufacturer dependent.

During a call Press MENU or ENTER during a call to access the In-call menu. Switch between calls using the Swap menu option. i guess there must be a way of doing it on a my12, just don't know what it is!
