Default Just bought another Barge

I recently bought a V40 Turbo and love it but its got a light coloured interior which is no good for visiting scrapyards for bits or carrying various Landrover parts in, it'll stay clean and be the family car.

After having an old 740 a few years ago I have a soft spot for the old boxy Volvos, this was it in 2000.

I picked up this 940 Turbo for £50 with a few faults but nothing too bad, main one being head gasket has gone. Just stripped it for repair and with 206000 miles on it the engine is clean and still has the machining marks on the bores! No oil leaks, no smoke just blowing water out, cylinder head in for repair as I type..

Considering the miles covered its in VGC inside and out, nothing shows the miles except the clocks....How many lesser make cars can boast that!!??

Bargain, you even got one in the best colour in my opinion. You just cant beat budget motoring! Best of luck with it.

same colour as my 86 GL estate

nice buy with the V40, not a massive fan of those tbh, but that 940 is lush!
