£323 pounds! Kings of Winchester. These guys really are taking the **** now. All it is is basically an oil change and a car wash. I am SO ****ed off but if like round here all the dealers are owned by one group what choice to you have. If ever there was an office of fair trading investigation then surely this is it.

262 - I live 20 miles south of London and my local supplying dealer is ahheeemmm Crap. Really Crap. Wouldn't use them to service a lawn mower crap.

So I went down to Petersfield. They were excellent. They are just a service shop. Didn't take the micky and did what I would expect them to do £250 all in. You can find thier contact details from the Volvo website.

So it went in yesterday and the service was indeed £220.

The only thing I was a little surprised at was an advisory that the front pads would be changed at the next service.

I am very gentle on brakes and can normally get over 50k miles out of a set of pads so was this Volvo being overly cautious or is the XC90 particularly heavy on front brakes?
