Default 850 owner new to this forum.

Having owned a '95 940 estate for a number of years to which I had become very attached, it was with a great deal of regret that I finally decided to part with it in February to buy a '96 850 estate. The reason for the change - the 940 had done over 150,000 miles and the 850 on offer had done a genuine 26,500 miles from new and still feels like and drives like a new car. It is the 2Litre 20 valve model and in remarkable condition. So far I have only put another 2,000 miles on the clock and I must say it is an absolute joy to drive.
I hope it will give me many thousands of miles of great motoring.
I have read with interest the many interesting posts by members and if I do experience any problems I shall certainly turn to this forum for advice.
Keep up the good work.

Mike

Welcome to the forum, good to see people who are happy with the old Volvo and buy another...

Plenty of people on here know about the cars so you should be able to get the info you may need in the future..
