Default What Dump Valve to Fit? Recirculating or Twin Piston?

hi all, new to the forum, just scored a 1998 S40 T4, was looking at R-Spec dump valves but unsure what the difference is between the R-Spec Recirculating Dump Valve or the R-Spec Twin Piston Dump Valve, the recirculating is more expensive but can someone help me with pro's 'n' con's of each, comes with the blanking plate from rspec.co.uk,

Code:
http://rspec.co.uk/dump-valves/r-spec-re-circulating-dump-valve-25mm-25mm
or
Code:
http://rspec.co.uk/dump-valves/r-spec-twin-piston-dump-valve-25mm
tnx in advance ;o)

as said the t4 has a re-circ valve fitted as standard, this is what you blank off when fitting the dumpvalve

on mine i fitted the forge motorsport item, very good quality and not ridiculously loud

having just looked at the r spec item on their website, doesnt look like it comes with a blanking plate for the volvo re-circ valve, just a pipe block for other vehicles, also you'll require a pipe to t piece it into the intercooler pipework

the forge item comes with blanking plate, t piece, vac tubing and even cable ties for plug and play operation, took me about half hour to fit
