Default Engine system service required warning

XC70 2006 Diesel. Had this warning up about five different times. There is no discernable change to performance and each time it goes after a day or two. I checked the codes each time and none were shown. Have now pin pointed when it happens. We have a long steep hill near us and we go down in 3rd gear using the engine to brake. We do not allow the engine to over rev. I see that elsewhere people have linked this warning to oil level - mine is spot-on. Could something be happening to the oil level reading when the engine is on an incline and revving quite high. Would welcome comments

I don't know if it's linked but I recently got a low oil pressure warning after using the engine braking into a roundabout at reasonable speed, I stopped and checked the levels and initially it seemed low but after a while it was back to where it should be. I am thinking that the higher engine revs may have pummped the oil up the engine and it didn't flow back down very quickly causing a warning

Low oil pressure is nothing to do with oil level unless you run out of oil
If your oil level is on minimum or maximum the oil pressure will be the same
low oil pressure indicates over due oil and filter change, pressure sender faulty , silly electrical fault or god forbid worn crankshaft and bearings
