Default Steering wheeel removal

How do I remove the steering wheel on my 69 144. I see that there are 2 screws on the underside. Do they hold the horn assembly on. Do I need a special puller? Any thing that I should beware of and look out for?

BIG tip: unscrew the center locking screw, but don't remove it. This way, you will save your face and teeth when you will get the steering wheel loosened.

If you have the screws loosened, you can try a fitting puller or just try to work the wheel loose. Study the parts drawings for details.
