Default How do I remove the seatbelt sensor from driver seat?

I recently had vandals break my sunroof, causing glass to get stuck in the seatbelt anchor. WHAT a nightmare! The seatbelt anchor malfunctioned shortly afterwards (I cannot get the seat belt to buckle) and obviously need to get a new seat belt buckle, however the seat belt sensor is hindering this process.

I unbolted the driver's seat, and traced the seatbelt sensor wire to the underside of the front seat, but cannot disconnect the wire from the harness where it plugs in. Is there any way to remove the harness without breaking it? The whole seat is off, and I'd rather not drive the car into the dealership at this point.

Any help would be appreciated.
-A little frustrated with modern cars/electronics
