'88740GL Senior Member Last Online: Jun 2nd, 2013 22:00 Join Date: Jun 2010 Location: salford	Need new heated back window When i bought a my 740, it had and still has a broken/cracked rear window, it remains as it is up to today, i did get two quotes from repair/replace companies ranging from £340 to £210, (this included the call out, and fitting, and vat) and them telling me that the rear heated window is one of the most expensive part...hmmmm.. really? Where else would i get a the glass so maybe i could fit it myself, or pay someone else to do it, my local scrapyard dont have ANY volvo bits in....since they are brilliant cars, i'm not surprised! Any ideas where to get a cheap rear window from? (it has the extra mounted stop brake light in the window also) thanks!
