Default Volvo 340 gl s/r for sale

I am offering on this site prior to any general advert or sale on 'Fleabay' the following rare example of a Volvo 340 G/l

First reg 01/3/1990 ( G reg) - Silver
One Lady Owner.
Only driven on fine days and I suspect has never left Suffolk.
Garage for it full life.
Full service History - inclusive of all invoices, service records/ reports. All completed by the main Volvo agent in Ipswich Aries/Lancasters/ HR Owen.
All MOT's apart from 2007.

Now for the real mouth watering bits
The car is 20 years old and has done a fully documented 20322 miles or if you like 1000/year. The interior still smells new hardly any signs of wear, even the Volvo welcome tape.
It has been under SORN for 18 months but I recently moved it out of it garage made sure everything was free - fitted a new battery and off we wnt round our grass fields. Today it flew through its MOT having had nothing done to it. The testers was absolutely speechless about the condition and claimed that he had never been covered with cobwebs rather than rust flakes whilst doing the underside inspection.

I could go on about all of this but I am interested in this going to a loving home which its condition warrants. The only faults that I have discovered are a crack in the windscreen (and not a problem for the MOT) and the corner of the front wing just over the indicator has been bent at some point. the paint cracked and a tiny patch of rust shows, maybe 10mm long by 5mm wide. I thought that it was better to leave so that a proper repair could be made at some point to maintain the cars integrity.

I am selling this on behalf of my Mother in law - who is now in a care home and will not be returning sadly. This cost her money and we would like to think that this car is worth at least one weeks worth of her care (£830) perhaps it is worth more/ maybe less but I would be interested to hear from anyone who is interested in the vehicle.

Thankyou for reading - John
