Default Could it be on a 2003?

Having read through loads of posts on here, and I'm still confused I have a late 2003 model c70 convertible and it is hesitating badly between 1500-2000revs It has only done 40k miles, with FVSH (although the 33k service 9months ago was done by the dealership that sold it to me).

Could this be an etm issue or is my car too late a model to be affected? |If it isn't what could it be??

Thanks in Advance
